Staff Engagement Activities- March 2025

Brand Day 2.0 Staff Appreciation (Wall of Fame)

In March, we held a staff engagement activity during Brand Day 2.0, where the staff were to appreciate their fellow colleagues anonymously by writing words of affirmation about their contribution that has helped Power Nationwide Group to be what it is. So, we had a “Wall of Fame”, which was a whiteboard, where the staff members could write on sticky notes, and then paste it on the “Wall of fame”; that is, on the whiteboard. And then the staff members would come to the board and see what people have written about them, and they would smile around the board, appreciate that there are people who see the kind of work that they put in, and that it’s appreciated.

Brand Day
3.0 The Fuse Challenge

During Nationwide Group Brand Day 3.0, we held a challenge at the workplace where employees would engage in a game called Fuse. The Staff would pick single-word sticker papers from a container, and then try to find another Staff member who has a different word that would join to form a two complete word. E.g., Power + Distribution = Power Distribution.

The challenge would not only promote synergy and team work amongst employees, but also boost their Product knowledge as the words were derived from Our Solutions and Products. The first three winners would then Win a Prize.
